Council asks residents what the budget should fund
Ward meetings start next week, and written ideas can be left at any ward office.
The county council has opened its yearly budget consultation, with a meeting in every ward over the next three weeks.
The finance committee says it wants to hear which roads, water points and clinics residents would put first.
Last year the meetings drew about 2,000 people across the county. Ideas can also be written down and left at any ward office.
